I am a personal trainer and fitness studio owner. I help people with lifestyle, weight loss, and muscle building. My clients are people of young age and healthy but also elderly people with certain illnesses. In my studio, I am always focusing on creating a healthy, friendly, and safe environment for my clients and my goal with them is to make them much better than when we started. I spend quite some time on Instagram where I post a lot of videos about cooking, recipes, exercising, and workouts. I would use some of the funds to update some fitness equipment and keep some of them as Apollo tokens.
